About We LOFT

We LOFT is an innovative accommodation option designed with young and active individuals in mind. At We LOFT co-living, you can expect a modern and cozy environment, with comfortable spaces tailored for both work and leisure, contributing to an improved quality of life.

Rental Terms

At We LOFT co-living, we offer short-term rentals ranging from 3 days to a month. If you wish to stay longer, simply pay for the next month.

How can I view these apartments?

If you contact us, we will be happy to show you not only the apartments and common spaces, but also tell you about all their advantages, and if you cannot come, we invite you to view the apartments in the gallery.


Rental prices depend on the size of the chosen loft and the rental duration.

Included in the rental price:
  • Your chosen apartment.
  • Access to all common areas (recreation, work, sports, etc.).
  • Handling utility bills and Wi-Fi access in the lofts/apartments.
Not included in the rental price:
  • Utility bills (fixed price).
  • Other additional services such as parking, pet fees, and laundry usage.

The check-in time is coordinated with the administrator. To get in touch, you can use the email: In order to check-in, the tenant will need to read the We LOFT co-living rules, fill out a guest card, and pay the rent and fixed utility fees.

Rental Extension

At We LOFT co-living, everything is simple: we operate on a "Pay as you go" principle, meaning you pay only for the service, products, or resources when you use them. In simpler terms: “ you pay - you live!”


Check-out takes place on the last day of the rental term by 12 PM. You are required to leave the lofts/apartments clean and tidy. If any damage is detected during the inspection of the premises or inventory, you will be responsible for the amount determined by the We LOFT co-living administration to cover the specified damage. Please return the apartment's magnetic card to the administrator.


We do not ask for a deposit at We LOFT co-living.


For an additional fee of 25 EUR and after familiarising yourself with our pet rules, we gladly welcome you and your pets.

Residential Registration

For an additional fee of 50 EUR, you can request this service when making apartment reservations.


A single parking spot in Vienna costs 30 EUR per month.


In our self-service app, you will find a section labeled "complaints", where you can send messages about malfunctions, tenants' misdemeanors, etc. questions. We will try to help you as soon as possible.

What if I can't get into my apartment?

If the magnetic card is lost and/or the electronic keys do not work, on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. please contact the administration:+370 60354138 or, and at other times the security company at tel. 1858 .This service is paid.

Can I bring friends to my rental apartment?

Yes, but all responsibility for the guests is assumed by the tenants themselves.

Where will I be able to wash my clothes?

You can take care of your laundry in the paid modern self-service laundromat located in the common areas.

Can I smoke in my apartment?

Smoking is strictly prohibited in the complex, except for designated outdoor areas.
