A loft with a sleeping space on the mezzaninne ,where a 140x200 bed is equipped , accessible by stairs .The loft has a kichenette and a bathroom.There are only tree XS lofts!The total area of the loft is from (13m² to 20m²).
For easier settling in, we offer packages that make the hausehold easier :
Hauseware package : kettle, plate set 2 pcs. medium glass 2 pcs. mug 2 pcs. 4 piece cutlery set, 2 piece knife set,cutting board.
Delivery within 3 working days. (one time fee of EUR 100 ).
Textile package: double blanket ,two pillows, a set of covers and a sheet, bath towels 2 pcs. Delivery within 3 working days.(one -time fee of EUR 120).
The fixed utility service fee is not included in the rental price: €70/month for 1 person, €110/month for 2 people.
